• Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

  • Returns

Our policies last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be completely undamaged, unworn and in its original box and bag. We will not accept returns on any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.

We offer exchanges to all customers if the size is wrong.

We will not refund any shipping charges. This includes any amounts paid to deliver or return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a quality assessment and if the returned item has any damage or wear, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

  • Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here support@hoeizonjewelry.com.

  • Shipping

To return your product, you should email support@hoeizonjewelry.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
